Here's the link to that thread: https://www.biggerpockets.com/...It's pretty easy to enforce, they just see if your driver's license, utility bills, property taxes etc. match the address of the property, and if you have a homeowner's insurance policy or a rental policy for the property (you can only have one primary residence and one primary residence insurance policy).

In this market, when the buyer is in the drivers seat, I suppose you could have specified an additional hold-back in case the floors weren't solid hardwood.
