There should be someone on call and they can answer the question about whether commercial zoning gives you an exemption.If your zoning still doesn't allow it, I'd say that even if you think you can get away with it, I'd be leery of trying.

While forums like this are great, they changed the game forever.3% rates were a golden ticket. things with RE are so much different.

But, if you start trying to show everybody who does shady stuff in this business you will have no time to invest.In my experience, when I come across someone shady I get away from them quickly cut my losses, take a deep breath and move on.
