To me that is the biggest player here.

This would probably be a more long term play for you but still a great way to learn what the big players do and still get a consistent return.

I know several people in Seattle who are real players who are doing it for substantially less than that.

I just finished my last season as a college football player and am ready to get into real estate.

They do exist, but to capture those deals a player has to be in a very strong financial position.

I create capital LOC's for bigger higher volume players..

I only bought 15 or so over 6 or 7 years so I was a small player, but l almost always bought after the property was re-listed, after a failed purchase from an Owner Occupant winning the bid... because they failed conventional (or FHA) underwriting based on property condition.
