I stay away from secondhand and thrift places, and make friends with contractors that get huge discounts at supply stores (sherwin williams, plumbing wholesale) Sometimes buying in bulk and selling what you don't need is a great way to meet people doing the same thing as you.

Targeting people who have high potential to use your service, vs very broad general advertising.

Is there anything we can do to get these people off the irrevocable trust? 

There are travel nurses & people who come from overseas for training who book for the full price sometimes for 3-6 months.
