There is some apparent merit to this view, since these three biggest nationwide housing booms all included very low interest rates.But the market reaction to interest rates is hardly immediate or predictable.

Most of the loans that you're going to find are going to require a prepayment penalty and it may cost you between 3 and 5% of the outstanding balance at prepayment. 

You simply must use leverage to achieve outstanding returns.People are scared of going into debt but you must understand that you are using the tenants money to pay it off and the property is worth more than your debt.

When finding an agent you’ll want to ask a series of questions, meet up with them to gauge personality/expertise fit, and ideally ask for referrals from friends/acquaintances who had outstanding experiences and results.  

I believe that is typical nationwide.
