It's fair but not very professional and it doesn't integrate with anything else.  

Not sure about structure integrity or permit issuance.

The movie takes an unexpected turn (and I don't want to spoil it) - there are some interesting lessons about integrity, moral, greed and honesty.

If integrity is in question it should be a two way street.When buyers put in highest and best offers and agent comes back looking for more if we assume buyers have integrity there would be no counter offers.

I love it when they say they are a nurse and I say "I watch a lot of New York ER I would be a great Doctor"  Funny how they never get the joke.This type of show is a slap in the face to all of us that operate with integrity and are kind to others.  

My friend walked and even though the guy didn't pay him for a considerable amount of work he had done, he cut his losses and didn't compromise his integrity.

Problems that affect the "livability, soundness, or structural integrity" are what to look out for, also potential health and safety issues.So for livability:operational heating systems, operational plumbing fixtures with no major leaks, operational electric systems reasonably up to date (No Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel box, no aluminum wiring, etc)Roof with no active leaks - usually with at least 5 years of estimated remaining lifeFor soundness/structural integrity:No foundation issues - cracks, slanting floors, entire house leaning over, etcNo evidence of termite infestationHealth/Safety:No moldPeeling paint, especially in buildings built prior to 1978There's probably more, but that's all I can think of offhand.
