It will take at least 6 months to get any amount of consistent leads rolling in and a year+ to where it becomes a decent lead generating machine.  

Get the cash flow machine working first while you live at home or with roommates.

I have all direct mail calls going to a message that sounds just like a personal answering machine (basically 'hi, this is jon, leave a message and I'll get right back to you).

We were testing the new washer machine on second floor, then went outside for about twenty mins.

We moved into our current home almost 2 years ago and had the washing machine worked on twice in the first 12 months.  

By having a real estate license, I could become a cog in someone else's machine, and along the way it would be natural to mentor me.

There is almost always a way.I've realized also that once you build a nice cash flow 'machine' it becomes easier and easier to buy more properties as you gain equity quick and rebuild your cash stores from rents to buy again.

Your work is under copyright protection the moment it is created and fixed in a tangible form that it is perceptible either directly or with the aid of a machine or device.

It seems like a trick the government/employer is doing to keep you working for the machine and depend on them.
