They are 3 adults, early 60's, employed, 2 sisters and one sister's husband who looks like ZZ Top ... the house is actually too small for growing weed inside, but has a huge yard but totally exposed on a corner lot, so i dont think that would work.

On top of that, every adult in the home would get $1200 plus $500 per minor as part of the stimulus.

Then, when they call you, go over all of your criteria again, asking if they believe they would qualify, and did they know they had to pay an application fee for each adult?

What happened to being an adult and preparing for financial problems?

There is a guy around my area that runs about 10 of them and makes big $$$ doing it .That’s interesting  one of our local county commissioners runs several group homes and is making good money as well  I’d thought about converting a six unit into a group home to increase the profits  you can get more per door for sure but depending on what you’re doing it requires some setup and employees - intellectually disabled adults vs other mental ailments vs substance abuse or halfway house etc.

He literally changed my life molding me from a unmotivated person into an adult who goes after it..
