Hello I'm interested in apartments in the Southern California and South West US.

Also, its actually kinda pricey here compared to other southern markets due to the land constraints and the amenities, but most comparable southern cities don't have the beach.  

I use to live in the Southern CA area of Ontario, CA.  

I agree a Pure Berkshire County REIA would probably not be sustainable, however I imagine that if we encompassed parts of southern Vermont, and Also Eastern New York (much like the local Chamber Of Commerce does here) then it could be a successful group.

So there is definitely a rental market there and not nearly as expensive as Fairfield County or even southern parts of New Haven County.Not sure what the taxes are down there, but I would think investors would be all over a place like the one you have here.

Southern Maine here; Kittery Point; and have a daughter up in Old Town finishing up at UMO.  

Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in Southern NH and Northern MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.
