Moderate renovation What was the outcome?

I think it's at 60% ARV with a moderate remodel like laminate floors, new paint, new appliances, updated kitchen and bathroom.

Hi Joe.At least in my neck of the woods, *most* pools add significant value to Sedona and mild to moderate value in Cottonwood, AZ.

I am guessing that the only only thing to do in Barstow is sex, drugs and alcohol.

The area has home owners on some blocks and some low to moderate income rentals.
