I prefer not to show the inside until it is ready to rent, so I keep the blinds down until that time.

Blindly calling lists is inefficient.

Im legally blind so typos are very common for me....ha ha.

And in many cases it may be the blind leading the blind.But it could work if you touch on the potential loss to the listing agent.

As we have already discussed, this is part of investing and I respect it but, its another example of how prices are inflated and people are blinded by fancy areas, low interest rates, scarcity of inventory, etc.

And don't take my next comment the wrong way, but the "new" Homeowners that are buying homes for $150.000 in what was a $300,000 subdivision 2 short years ago are not helping the situation of declining property values, with their Lack of care in landscapeing, bed sheets hung in the windows in place of blinds and more jalopies parked on the street than a used car lot.

It is hard to trust blindly and turn over all of everything to one manager even when they are properly qualified.  

I would also recommend either putting blinds up or blackout curtains in the master bedroom to block out the early morning sun.
