There's another route you may consider.Keeping in mind that it's very difficult for people toget a mortgage from a bank/lender which makes it very easy to sell your houseto a "qualified" buyer on a land contract / seller financing.In Michigan I see properties that would normally sell for$100k with a realtor (in a year) sell for $125,000 or higher with sellerfinancing in a week.
