Not that I know from experience, but if you do get to the point of checking out the property, the book called ABCs of Real Estate has a detailed outline of what to investigate throughout the entire property, so you don't forget to tally up key details.

I am not trying to argue a point but within our network we must have upwards of 100 sub2 deals none of which have been called.
