Respectfully, you've been spamming this subforum with questions all day about a contract you're (I suppose) about to enter into.I counted 16 posts in the last 24 hours.When you read that paragraph, what conclusion do you come to? 

I took pictures of everything, and have a professional cleaner coming in, plus a pro to tackle the carpeting.

I didn’t tackle it at the time - since i think it’s just a different in strategy - but your example had a few issues.

Good luck with college housing, that's a beast I haven't tackled yet. 

I havnt worked up the courage to tackle probates yet.

I would also tackle the various reasons the bank will not lend. 

I'd love to maybe help out on the fixing part of the projects sometime, it's an angle I have thought about tackling, but have no experience.

I’ve got templates written up, I know which lead strategy I want to tackle first, but I have some smaller detail questions and I can’t find an answer without spending a few hundred on someone’s “close your first deal in 30 days” package.

Are you doing rehab to any of these properties or is the plumbing the largest item you are tackling?
