AS in most of the large metro areas.. it does not matter what the house looks like there is a price it will sell for on MLS within a week for all cash.. we have an extreme shortage of housing stock generally speaking.. so its just not like what you folks are blessed with out your way in as it relates to the TAX deed investing.
