@Rahul Tripati In my area it is standard that landlords pay the water and sewer bill, the utility company won’t even put the bill in the tenants name.

Having a bit of an issue finding an attorney and/or title company that I’ll assist!

I tried steam cleaning it twice and had a carpet cleaning company come and state that the smell is coming from the padding and there is nothing they can do.

I know for a couple of my STRs the management company uses the keypad system whereby they are able to set codes offsite for each renter and this is super helpful when working correctly.

I've heard of some hosts adding to the house rules that the guests must complete those steps after booking on the OTA platform, otherwise the booking will be canceled.At my company, we don't do background and credit checks for OTA bookings, but we do ask why they're renting a MTR and who will be staying with them.
