I was stationed out in twenty-nine palms awhile back and the vacancy rates are really high, so I think anything out that way would be hard to find that cash flowed.

That said, the location wasn't bad since it was just 1 stop away from Umeda Station, within 3 mins of the closest station, and had a decent yield, so I just went for it.Separately, have you (or any other BP'ers) looked into the below?

My point on Atlanta is that the train left the station 4 or 5 years ago and prices have now pushed too high to get good returns.
