The reality of real estate investing is that you only need two tools.  1- a Blue Pen2- a Note Pad.  

If you are self managing 1-2 properties, minimal softwares are needed IMO.

But if you just replaced kitchen cabs and counter without moving any fixtures, and same for bath (left tub alone), then it’s much less work not needing to remove and reinstall Sheetrock, not to mention the plumbing and electrical work. 

But then again, I’m not experienced in it, so I do need expert advise on what garage size and door size with height to pick.
