That might mean adding picnic benches, pulling out some dead plants, mulching beds, fixing dead spots in the lawn, whatever. - Either get the current PM on board or kick them to the street and start over.

Loans are not tithed on, since they are debt not increasse.So, if your field yields 10 ephod of wheat, one to God, one to Casear, 6 for eating through the year and 1 for planting the next harvest and 1/2 for buying a donkey and 1/2 for taking the Mrs. to town for falafel & figs.

If there are any liens on a property, it needs to be recorded with the county.Or like the west coast were the title searches are done in the phillipines  no one goes to the court house.. all title companies have remote title plants

Which means if we extend the copper under the concrete, perpendicular to the wall of the where the main service is, it possibly won't have a PVC line to connect to on the other side, or we end up knocking out way more concrete than we intended.ii) estimate 2: $1-1.5K ish but told me it was time and materials with no firm idea on time (They described NOT using a male adaptor again, but using schedule 80 PVC, as they said male PVC adaptor is prone to breaking.)B) replace line (about a 32 foot run, in an "L" shape) (dig trench through grass, plants, rocks, brick work etc) :--estimate: 1" copper, schedule L, in a blue plastic sleeve: $3-4K (said could do schedule 80 PVC too, and would cost close to the same, but a little less.)

WE would get a date down on the phone from our title plant.. of course not a full title report.. but frankly out west we dont run into the same issues.. there are not all these utls liens etc. there can be code violations but we usually negotiate those after the fact..
