They said they will start the process of giving them a 30 day notice but I would like to know the process of an eviction or if there are good eviction professions in the Dayton Ohio area that I could reach out to to help me out with this properly as this will be my first eviction.

@Sara Abernethy - one other to take a look at is Tokeet, but the bigger question to me is "how active vs. passive" do you want to be with this process? 

Close a house pay them all to $0  keeps me from dealing with rehab loans as well, or gives me the time to get them processed. 

You should be continuing eviction process until you have a firm commitment and date that assistance will be paid.

In your specific case, I'd probably continue the eviction process as you have not received the funds yet.
