When fixing and flipping, what should you put down for payment 30% or do you do 100%...I have analysed a few flips in Las Vegas where I live and not sure if you should put 100% down or should you do like rentals and put 25 to 30%.After watching HDTV show it looks like they put 100% down on their fixing clips in by the properties at there asking price
