Now if you are seeing that almost everyone has a college degree except for a few outliers whose actions did not follow any particular course you can duplicate than its time to drop the lesser goal for the greater goal, suck it up, go to college and establish yourself in every meaningful way that will get you to where you want to be.My personal advice is just one of many voices but I'll give it.

I am the voice of reason and also the dreamer.

Multiple calls and voice mails and multiple emails- Nothing back.

A “head of the household” is better than having three or four different voices bringing complaints or requests.

Keep in mind also that sound from your voice can also transfer through the floor connection at the base of your walls.

Hi @Nicole Frawley,I would suggest call her one last time and leave a voice mail sharing you have been trying to contact her but if you do not hear from her by Tuesday before 5:00PM (for example) you will be cancelling her application and moving forward with the next applicant. 

I listen to them through a youtube app at 1.25 speed... voices are not like Alvin and the Chipmunks unless you crank it up over 1.5 speed :-)Best of luck!

But the bad news is months and months of aggravation and "we're just waiting for the bank to get back to us, I've left voice mails and sent faxes".I've had some success stepping in where other short sales have fallen out of contract because the buyer got tired of waiting.
