Obtaing funds to improve the property should not be a problem and really, should just be presented and justified to adjust the cloud on title to be adjusted appropriately.

I have been clear, you seem to want to cloud things.As for your intent to jump on people's backs for post slips as u call them, be my guest, I would only advise that you do so when in fact there was a slip and you know what you are talking about, otherwise, it reflects poorly on you.Your idea that transactional founders are lobbying to get rid of simu (dry) closings is ridiculous.
