I need to figure out how the type/method/life of the stairs, flooring, tree trimming (potential hazard to building), toilet, sink/faucets, and an electric weedwhacker.

We paint ceilings and walls before flooring to avoid any splatters (especially if we're spraying) but baseboard trim usually gets done after flooring is in because it often requires new baseboard or at least quarter round.

MHs don;t have trim and rarely painted doors so $1/sq foot is somewhat high.  

New drywall, insulation, plumbing, electrical, windows, flooring, trim, cabinets, appliances, bath, toilet, sinks, exterior railings, exterior siding, etc.

I'd still work in the rain, as long as the ground wasn't saturated.In the off season, I trimmed trees, landscaped, did clean up, odd jobs, and sold firewood, which was very complimentary to the other work.

  * if you have wood trim around windows or floor it can absorb more nicotine resin than the walls so be sure to scrub once let dry, then do it again.

I would want to see the yard cleanup costs separate from the pruning/trimming.
