I think a lot of people watch the TV shows that show flippers making tons of cash and none of the problems that invariably come up (ok, the one problem always comes up and then they find the money by saving somewhere else to cover it . . . another fallacy). 

I'd move the Direct TV disk if you can, subject to its need for a certain angle of the southern sky.  

I was a bit of a reality tv junkie for awhile, and I recall a show where salvage contractors would bid on demolition jobs. 

Or just turn up the TV a little more .............My idea doesnt cost as much 

What I would do differently is savor those moments and not waste so much time laying on the couch watching TV or playing video games.

I am not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV.  

Also, it gives you a chance to see if you really want to be a landlord, not as easy as the TV or internet make it seem.  

Then came the house flipping TV shows, the house flipping seminars, the house flipping gurus, the house flipping franchised businesses, available house flipping information on the internet, etc and the field got saturated.  

The numbers always work on TV.

Today there are only 7...all junk.I think part of the reason that flipping is at an all time high is all of TV shows.
