When the installers came they should have said, nope, this can’t be done.

I've received several call from prospective buyers asking for my help in seeing this home and stating that they sent him their personal documents after which their accounts were compromised.  

This is a very typical situation. 

I suspect this is who is financing your loan.

If you decide to pursue this option be sure to EXPLICITLY spell out how the maintenance of the buildings will be handled as these types of facilities tend to be hard on property from my experience.

Big 3 bank is going to just let this go. 

Also, I'm not sure why you'd want to buy close to the station, as that would probably one of the worst places where you could buy IMHO.Hope this helps.

That would be best option as a traditional bank wouldn’t do this I read that I can assume the existing mortgage.
