Okay some of the units I am reconditioning are for the most part fine just carpet and paint,1 toilet,etc.One of the units is more worse off.They stole some of the copper plumbing but not too much.On the electrical the breaker box is in the kitchen on the main level.The 2 big wires comes in they did not touch.All the white ROMEX coming out of the breaker box they cut and took out.If you look up through the wall and into the light fixture (long shop light kind) you see they only cut out about 5 feet.My question is can't an electrician just run new into the breaker box and then connect to where they cut 5 feet out??

You'll need to find out who the reasonably priced plumbers, hvac guys, and electricians are, etc.

If I knowingly plan to sell it, I need a licence electrician to pull said permit and do the work. 

Looking for carpenter not electrician my mistake! 

My contractor bailed without doing enough work he had been paid for and had subbed out an electrician.

We're finally finishing up some major projects and on pause for a bit, so I have some great carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc who are available to work.

Does anyone have recommendations for a contractor, plumber, electrician, and handyman.

Hi Jason and welcome to the community,In working on construction projects outside of my state (I'm a licensed residential contractor and SF rental owner) I have encountered that the local building codes might be amended to add any local requirements in addition to the national codes, so you want to work with a local contractor to at least give you a run down of the process and help you pull permits for any items requiring a licensed electrician, plumbing or structural work.Good luck in KS.MRod
