Research the type of evictions and notices allowed (Internet search).  

IE TV  BP  Internet , massive e mail campaigns ,, webinars etc.REALITY its anything from passive unless you are already pretty financially set and are a TRUE investor IE buying SEMI passive investments..

It doesn't matter what you can add, maybe you have a knack for the Internet or spreadsheets or you may just have time to help out with smaller stuff.
