Sounds like some of the folks on this thread are pretty sophisticated marketers.

Also, an accredited investor, in theory, knows how to make money and recover and is sophisticated enough to deal with the ups and downs of life.

Wire fraud is getting more common and sophisticated but this is a new twist.

You may want a part time person so you won't have the payroll expenses like insurance etc.

This presents 2 challenges-1) The payroll/admin that my wife goes through each month, isn't worth the hassle.

You need a sophisticated asset protection scheme. 

The (b) allow Accredited (rich) and (up to 35) Sophisticated (knowledgeable) investors (the law protects the poor and stupid, preventing them from taking risks in PPMs) who are known by the Sponsor before the deal.
