I've love the UX/UI and the most dumbfounding thing so far is that two different tenant and a vendor figured out how to file maintenance requests, accept work orders, and enter status updates WITH NO TRAINING FROM ME AT ALL!

I always submit a FOIA request (Freedom of Information Request) to the city before I buy to confirm zoning, fines, judgments, violations, outstanding water bills or other issues, ongoing code enforcement issues, etc.

It's already overwhelming for them to move so 80% of what you tell them will be forgotten and the paperwork could be shoved in a box and lost.I prefer to give them an email a week after they move in that has some key reminders about their lease, how to dispose of large items like broken furniture, how to submit maintenance requests, etc.
