Can you cite any statutes or case law to support your belief that sending marketing solicitations via USPS would be considered harassment?

My previous post was not meant to challenge anyone's beliefs or program but rather understand if there were aspects of the program that you found that could be improved or built upon.

but as wholesaling goes... there is no comparison with a lender assigning their mortgage to a servicing company... the Servicing company MUST be licensed and the Mortgage originator must BE LICENSED>  wholesalers are free agents no license, no rules , no ethics , other than their own personal moral beliefs...
