Commercial listings are notorious for publishing expense data but leaving things out.

In our state a property has to be published in the newspaper  for 3 weeks before it is sold " at the courthouse steps".

Whenever I sale a property I always go to the agent I bought it from and give them the listing if I publish it for sale. 

However, date, time and location of meetings cannot be published in this thread.

Only behave in a manner that you would want published on the front page of the NY Times.

Placing tenants should be an automatic process based on the criteria that you've already determined and published so that any possible applicant knows whether or not they'll be qualified for the property.
