Your information is vague and high-level, and is essentially a teaser to entice people to provide you their email address in return for your book, which may or may not be worth it.If you start seriously contributing to the forum -- as opposed to trying to use the forum to help yourself -- than I can vouch for the fact that you will be repaid in terms of networking and traffic to your site.But, until you start seriously contributing -- as opposed to just cutting and paste vague high-level ideas from your book -- you're going to take heat from some people here.Btw, it's clear that you are knowledgeable and have a lot to contribute...we're not beating you up because we don't believe that; we're beating you up because you haven't indicated that you want to really use your knowledge and experience to help those here as much as you want to help yourself.This is a tough crowd.Yup, we are.

Just a few quick Pros and cons I see for each in terms of REI;More Money: Can save up for down payments/ renovations quicker and more frequently.More Time: Easier to manage current investments / more time to search MLS and the streets for new potential deals...Any input / opinions / stories would be greatly appreciated!
