We have almost $3,000 into attorney fees so far and Cuyahoga County has blocked the emergency hearing so that we can all get on a call and kindly ask the fraudulent lien filer, Garrett Neal of San Diego (dba Neal Aviation), to please remove the mortgage lien.

To get a say 30% gain either the price has to go up 30% to 6,110 which is Ponzi scheme or gambling by investors or the S&P earnings has to go up by 47%.S&P average of 4,700 is tech heavy.

As I will clearly state, obtaining an OO loan under false pretense with no intent to live there or a predetermined intent on immediatley leaving to rent out the unit would be a fraudulant act AS I UNDERSTAND IT.

LLC will never protect your asset against your crimes or fraudulent actions.However, it will limit your amount at risk in any tort civil suits if you maintain them properly.
