@Reagan Barron we always recommend partners charge their normal fee structure for their services.It's rare that partners contribute the same amount of time & resources, so that everything is a true "50/50".Charging a fair price for your services is fair to both.

As far as mobility goes, this is what I'm personally hoping to accomplish in my life outside of real estate, there are plenty of resources (tumbleweedtinyhouses.com) that provide information regarding the legalities of what is considered to be a "mobile" home and everything involved on that end of things.
