North Jersey is about the worst place to flip now with all the permit delays and town red tape they are throwing at us.

The gov needs to cut the red tape and make it cheap and easy to build, that will make housing affordable.

Little red tape and they actually provide free training and help.

There’s more red tape and hoops to jump through, but if you do it right it can be very profitable.

All the travel I do I use airline time for recreational reading.. although with Gogo internet and free streaming movies I find myself watching movies these days on the plane. for the motivational guys I like to listen to the tapes..

I listen to a lot of books on tape through Audible, are there any you could recommend?

There are a few ways to get around that, but there is a lot of red tape and security is minimal.
