@Megan DettenmaierAside from RE I see these sort of questions all the time at work (home, auto, umbrella insurance) this is something you can claim out of the goodness of your heart but your contractor should claim this on their own coverage.

Bummer, I know, but these people who download an LLC and especially if they have no Operating Agreement are simply fooling themselves.It is far better to have umbrella insurance IMHO.
