It's funny, when you don't have the money you find great deals to invest in, but when you are flush, the great deals run and hide. 

You will spend more time running and hiding.  

The homeowner also poured a cement floor and built a garage over the septic system to hide it, so that was estimated to be around $50k to correct, assuming the land perc's and a system is approved.

I agree that if you can't post your picture and give people information telling them what you are interested in, your experience and how you can help others or how BP can help you...hiding is worthless and should be banned/deleted!

They probably have been hiding what they have been going through from friends and family due to the shame and stigmatism that's attached to it all,  I have a fellow investor who is a realtor who's family owned a construction company.

Flat is the cheapest paint, and hides the most imperfections in the walls giving the most "clean" appearance from the get go. 

Keep an eye out for them and hide your money from them.

Reason is it looks like money laundering, or other money hiding fraud actions.

Usually the accent is impossible to miss but you seem to hide yours well!

I don't want to miss anything that could be hiding on the title and I didn't even think about fines.
