Also, I would caution you about being too wed to $/sq ft as a metric.

Most of the credit repair scammers will provide a jpg image of the dispute results from the credit bureaus but that can be photoshopped...a video cannot be photoshopped.  

If they're building large structures I would hope they have something other than just the image of being craftsmen.
