I'm in Birmingham (Hueytown) and am familiar with the various areas from running my house washing business so I could be of some help on yes and no areas depending on your criteria if needed. 

They make money on the upfront points and rate, and to wash rinse and repeat with them.

It's easy to check out the competition because all you have to do is to bring a some clothes over and pretend you're doing a wash.

Just because you don't ever hear from that borrower for 9 years doesn't mean you have washed your hands of them.

In other words, contract law doesn't distinguish between a contract to have someone wash your car and a contract to sell an apartment contract -- if both contracts are assignable, then contract law looks at them equally.I think the point Josh was ignoring was that obviously, within each industry, you'll have other rules and laws that extend above and beyond the limitations of contract law. 

Not only was he unable to acknowledge  any validity  to my input,  but felt the need to insinuaye I am stupid for my business  choices.I am not one  to throw  around words lightly. 

Curious if people recommend washing twice with TSP if I'm going to paint over with Kilz and a latex paint? 

Anyone ever powerwashed vinyl siding, tips, ideas, maybe just soap before washing next time?

Maybe folks will realize REI is actually work and all this garbage marketing will wash itself out.Wishful thinking on that last part but, hey... a guy can dream.
