i own 3 rental properties and my primary residence...i need to put the properties into a trust or LLC for more protectioni know the LLC fees are $500/yr in mass...i also plan on buying at least one or two more...any advice on individual trusts for each property?

Depending on the house, lighting, flooring, etc either a gloss/semi gloss white, or an off white color.I wouldn't personally do any other color, as I feel keeping them white/off-white appeals to the masses, where red cabinets may look funky, will severely limit those who would be interested.

Actually, it's more physics than geology (there's nothing geological to stop islands from getting subducted under a tectonic plate in a way that would appear to be "tipping over"...from a physics standpoint though, adding a relatively small amount of weight to the land mass wouldn't increase the likelihood of the event)...

Compound interest always seems painfully slow in the beginning, until it reaches a critical mass and interest upon interest starts accumulating, then things can really take off (in a good way).
