It works great and integrating with social media and building that out is a huge bonus.

Living the code with integrity is tough.

We have had some lower quality guest issues and not great support but nothing to make us quit.We are integrated with Streamline PMS and BookingPal so it was an easy integration and the bookings come in through the same place as all of the others so it is no extra work, and we already had a payment processor set up.Currently we are getting 5-7% of our total bookings from there.

You can literally make money on any street in Tampa with integrity if you know what you're doing.

If you wanted to have some sort of integrated service, you would need a licensed contractor around to perform the work (at least here in Nevada).

It doesn't have any VOIP integration though, which sucks.

Then the lawyers would sort it out.What you can do to protect yourself is to: Have clear expectations in the form of a well worded rental agreement; Abide by the landlord-tenant laws for your jurisdiction; Maintain sufficient insurance; Communicate with integrity and honesty; Be polite, courteous, firm, fair, and professional; answer only what is asked of you and do so with fact, not opinion.Unless you were negligent in some way, you should be fine.

As our portfolio grew we vertically integrated and built a management arm to oversee our portfolio this has worked for us. 

Wholesaling already seems “fishy” to people who have never heard of the concept before, so I’m not sure that I would go against my integrity with this.Has that, or similar examples, worked for you?
