Both kitchens and bathrooms updated in 2018 with all new cabinets/appliances/etc.

Paint, new cabinets, redo bath, LVP flooring.

I'm trying to decide if I should have new cabinets installed by a cabinet company or let my contractor do it - which he can do but its becoming a pain looking for the right fit and the cost of cabinets really isn't making it cheaper than just subbing it out. 

Does anyone know of a good contractor in the Atlanta area who will do a kitchen renovation (will most likely need new everything, cabinets, appliances, countertops, etc.) and listen to my wants/needs?

I never liked their cabinets...they are RTA and IMO that is low quality (put some together and you'll understand.Their sinks are ok, but their appliance selection is limiting.I guess the question is - why IKEA?

When you did your move-in walkthrough, were their roach feces on the walls and in the cabinets/drawers or other signs of a pest problem? 

Insulation, Sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, heat, cabinets, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, roof, windows, paint, landscape, etc What was the outcome?

We redid the floors, gutted the bathrooms and replaced toilets, sinks, cabinets and retiled the shower from scratch.

You'll need to get basic construction supplies from the BB stores...but for furniture, cabinets, lighting, decor and all that. you can do really well with high end thrift stores.
