Stick it in a padded envelope or small box, so it's considered a "package" by USPS.You can't buy tracking for a letter online, which is why you have to go through this right now.

So, I sold and padded the old balance sheet in case I need to buy a bunker for end-times (kidding on the bunker). 

Sure, they will put on the brakes if you try to have a check issued to yourself, but that is about the extent of it.  

They may be assuming they can get a colleague to do it for them; but at this point they would have to back date it (fraud)... and prescription pads are numbered for tracking purposes.

MultimeterSpeed square and level.Basic socket set (I'd just buy the sockets with the drill attatchment) Knee pads are nice to have but you can use your towel or sit on your bucket.

There is too much room for incentives to pad the bill.
