Everything for the permitted property required additional fees, testing, more fees, ripping out good for bad, more time, extra ridiculous Gov't style red tape.

this time as a guest, we rented a farm house in Sequoia National Park, beautiful house surrounded by rivers , horses, cattle, gorgeous view, ... park the car in front of the house, walk into the house and start checking out... take stuff to the kitchen and guess what is posted on the fridge: Huge picture of a rattle snake, with the word WARNING in red, right above another post of a huge picture of a black tarantula same scary sign.

Hi Merrit,Deer will jump tall fences to eat.Maybe fence the property and get a Labrador Retriever to run loose inside the fence.They seem to love to chase deer and make a decent pet too.Either that or get a sleigh and hitch all 8 of them up for Christmas--you just need a Red Nosed one to lead the pack.Good Luck!

@Sarah WadeIf you’re new to real estate investing and need a loan to acquire a property, I would approach the smaller banks or credit unions, as they will be more likely to earn your business as opposed to the major banks that have lots of red tape and obstacles to go through.

Several red flags here - if the property needs much rehab then it probably isn't eligible for an FHA loan (unless you get an FHA 203k which is specifically designed for fixer houses).

Very unstable, too many red flags to bother screening based on my standards.My concern is you are too highly motivated/desperate based on filling the unit immediately to be making rational decisions.
