@Tim SilversI haven’t used the tax filing services from Anderson Advisor but I have their platinum membership and so far all my tax questions have been answered in a few days.During all my strategy sessions I was offered different options but never felt any up selling as they were quite accommodating with only providing what I needed.

I currently reside in Miami, WI and am "househacking" at my in-laws, because they live in a great location, have square footage to accommodate my wife, daughter, and I, the real estate market is hot down here, and I'd rather save money than pay rent.

Most of the speakers are helpful and very accommodating to new investors and the questions they may have.As far as what to say when approaching people that could potentially provide you with deals...

We have a bookkeeper on staff for the day to day, and our new CPA is far more accommodation, sending one of his staff to our office each year to help us with year end.He stays in touch with us through out the year also, keeping us in the loop with all of the changes, and helping us to think through and implement new strategies along the way.His name is Keith Barfield. 

The 'hope' is that the future note buyer can accommodate you preconceived discount by agreeing to the underwriting you did or did not due to their standards.  

You need to make reasonable accommodations which should be a hotel or offer them a voucher.

You may want to re-evaluate your strategy to accommodate for some travel - only because it is out of state.

What a lot of people do is each person of a couple buy with FHA and then get married so they can move in a bigger home to accommodate a family, and get a third. 

The tenant seems very nice and accommodating, but I guess you never really know.
