Even If I never need it when I cash out to buy a better investment it will be the sprinkles to my icecream. i think you can afford more than just sprinkles.... 15k for 6 months at 1% (generous bank % these days) is a whopping $15,075.19 balance. that's 15 Dairy Queen blizzards!

And 5+ generally more CF than SFH or 4plex, but sometimes less appreciation potential, depending on circumstances..Thanks for the shout-out @Elizabeth C. , and will be making some big announcements about the Summit in Nov shortly!

Hi BP Community,I am a real estate investor (newbie) looking to buy a multi-family building (2-4 units) in the NYC area including Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx or surrounding areas.

Maybe I'm off base, but I always feel kinda bad for a seller who thinks that calling the number on an anonymous sign in a vacant lot next to the Dairy Queen or responding to a "handwritten" yellow letter is a good idea.

Secondly as Elizabeth Stated if I got stuck with a professional tenant who knows what kind of headache I could be in for.
