I'm biased but the OR Coast was literally the optimal place to be during the 2021 PNW Heatwave.

I suspect if you made $500K that you could find a beneficial use for the money - not talking about stuff...My point on the studies is that the outcome shows the people administering the studies are at optimal income happiness.

They improve neighborhoods and resell individual homes to 1st time buyers at a fair price.Gotta be a way to better optimize many of the vacant and underutilized housing stock out there. 

SwannyIf you could bottle up 10% of your ambition/optimism/enthusiasm and sell it, I'd be in line to buy it! 

Other folks have pointed out a lot of the reasons for optimism but I thought I'd throw one more in there for discussion:I think that the light rail and other transportation infrastructure projects will improve the value of real estate in places like burien and northgate as it will eliminate commuting time/costs as a reason to avoid these areas.

We have to optimize over a number of dimensions, the healthcare system and the economy being two biggies and anyone who is willing to flatten the curve at all costs hasn't thought about the real issues that much.

If you are looking to optimize your growth, then leverage is the only path.
