Originally from Springfield, Missouri, but moved to Arizona for my Master's degree in hydrology, I am currently working as a hydrologist for a water resources engineering firm in Tempe.My current goals in real estate are to start out by BRRRRing SFHs, work up to BRRRRs for small multifamily properties, and eventually get into larger multifamily investing.

At the time the majority were engineers on local jobs & many had a great living allowance/stipend so life was good & the fridge was always full.It paid off in spades & I never had to evict anyone, except for one sharing a room.

At the same time, it will be expensive to go to an engineering firm at this stage.

Hello all, I am from the Pittsburgh area where I am still in college working on my junior year at a mechanical engineering degree.

Currently I am an engineering consultant located in the Indianapolis IN area.

I am getting my degrees in Computer Science (possibly engineering, they are re-working the program at the moment) and in Physics.

Obviously will have my structural engineer sign off on the condition of the slab after verifying the condition and codes on site.

I'm looking for Philadelphia engineers that do soils, underpinning, wind bracing, structure.
