As to getting them out you might try a real or dummy camera or 2 with a sign that the premises are monitored by local law enforcement.

I do not know about other parts of the country but here Mortgage Brokers broker loans to established lenders and do not see the need or cost benefit of helping investors.I will continue to monitor this post but I am not going to try and convince people that a serious discussion needs to take place concerning this subject.
